Enjoyed classic breakfast, neat room.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to the beautiful Tamarind restaurant and the ocean in the left wing. The staff was EXCEPTIONALly pleasant and extremely polite, offered concierge service, wake up calls and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. Booked a room with exceptional views of the beach.

We were really happy with the service and the beautiful, luxurious surroundings, we felt truly safe with the stringent security at the entrance to Nusa Dua. It is certainly a world class not for those on a budget. Everything was near perfect, but I do have one suggestion and that is to change the music for b'fast. The gongs from the gamelan music was rather loud and monotonous, it is understood that you want to bombard guests with tradition and culture, but there is enough really all around. I would suggest that world music or some beautiful classical or a mixture of popular hits would serve better to go with the delicious breakfast spread pleasing the palate and appealing to the senses of your international hotel guests.

The room was large and clean with a kingsize bed, office desk, bar fridge, safe, old tube TV (only 29 channels) and balcony with views of the gardens. Our room was very far away from the lobby. The pools were very well kept and the buffet breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.
Although the property is of older construction, it is still maintained to an exceptional standard. Parts of the building were under renovations but our room was too far away to hear any construction noises. Prices of food & drinks (at resort bars and restaurants) were 3 times the prices of outside the resort. However, this is normal with all 5 star resort in the area. When using a taxi, always ask for a metered taxi (they're very clean & much cheaper).

Not enough towels in the bathroom!!! Humidity levels made the room uncomfortable on rainy days. Outdated facilities for the price charged!!! A shortage of sunbeds by the pool makes it hard to relax!!!

Lovely hotel and great staff. We stayed in the club rooms and it was definitely worth it. The hotel has a very comprehensive offering and suits many needs. Nusa Dua is very western however and once you are there it is a trip to get anywhere else to see the real Bali. It is a nice walk from the hotel to Bali Collections (it does take about 15 minutes however)
I felt the taxi prices from the hotel were much higher than necessary considering the inclusive shuttle service we had experienced at a similar standard hotel in Ubud. Food in the Raja restaurant could be improved.

The facilities of the hotel are fabulous. Beautiful swimmingpool, fine beach, public areas and restaurants... its all there. The complex is very quitely located in separte area away from all local activity. Its about 15 minutes walk to the local shops and restaurants. Taxi's are available and inexpensive.
The hotel has 80 renovated rooms, 100 rooms in renovation and 200 old rooms, which are not 5 star. We had in first instance an old room, which was rather disappointing. Later we were moved to a new room which was fine. The difference between old and new rooms is significant. Price difference would make it clear.

The location in a traditional area was amazing and fantastic. We went out for dinner, found Maguro Asian Bistro, it was relatively close to the hotel.

Excellent location - the first line from the beach. The beach is very clean. Very comfort SPA, we can recommend it. Good breakfast. Huge and beatiful territory and facilities - lobby, entrance, etc. Very qualified room service. Wide range of facilities and services.
Humidity in the rooms is awful, even with condition. (or it will be to cold, if condition is on maximum position). The prices for selected goods or services on the territory are unreal. (for example, ice cream in the package, about 100 grams cost $ 11). Poor english of some staff.

We stayed for 4 nights. The Hotel infra and facilities are excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms and bathrooms could have been better. They looked a bit old and worn-out.
We are vegetarians, and the breakfast fare for vegetarians was inadequate. Either the hotel should allow no-breakfast tariff for vegetarians, or improve the breakfast.
